  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape for target indications; identify opportunities and risks; and adapt strategy and resourcing to achieve ambitious launch and growth objectives.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration across Medical AffairsPricing & Market AccessMarket DevelopmentRegulatoryR&D, and Advocacy to secure timely delivery of evidence, access, and promotional readiness aligned to launch objectives.

  • Proven leadership of global launches, including ownership of T‑24 month pre‑launch planning, integrated go‑to‑market frameworks, and operational execution across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated experience in lifecycle management (LCM) of Phase 2 / 3 assets, including indication expansion strategies, evidence planning, label optimization, and post‑launch growth acceleration.
  • Meaningful engagement with external scientific experts and professional societies, with a track record of advocacy development in new indications (e.g., data generation alignment, guideline influence, and KEE/HCP mobilization).
  • Strong understanding of development and regulatory frameworks across key regions (USA, Europe, Japan, China) and a proven history of effective collaboration with R&D to align development pathways and regulatory strategy with commercial objectives.
  • Robust fluency in P&L, forecasting, and the financial drivers of new indication launches (pricing, access, demand creation, and retention).
