Brand Manager, Breast Cancer - Egypt
Job Title: Brand Manager, Breast Cancer - Egypt
Introduction to role:
Are you ready to accelerate your commercial career by shaping the future of breast cancer care in Egypt? In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for a priority brand, turning insight into decisive actions that improve access and outcomes for patients. Your work will connect science to practice—defining where the brand plays, how we win, and how we measure progress every step of the way.
You will join a high-performing oncology-focused commercial team that moves fast, thinks scientifically, and delivers together. Partnering closely with medical, field, market access, and global colleagues, you will translate local market intelligence into bold, evidence-led plans. Do you thrive when you can set a clear direction, rally a cross-functional team, and see your choices reflected in real-world adoption and patient impact?
Accountabilities:
- Brand Strategy and Planning: Own Egypt breast cancer brand plan—define objectives, positioning, and investment choices that drive growth, share, and impact.
- Market Insight and Foresight: Build a deep, current view of the breast cancer landscape, treatment pathways, competition, and access dynamics; convert insights into clear Jobs To Be Done and prioritized actions.
- Value Proposition and Messaging: Develop compelling, evidence-based value propositions and messaging aligned to core claims; tailor content by segment and channel to influence beliefs and behaviors.
- Scientific Narrative and Congresses: Partner with Medical to shape the scientific narrative; plan and execute a high-impact publication and congress strategy that elevates data and strengthens advocacy.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Create actionable HCP and patient segments and personas; set objectives by segment and orchestrate targeted omnichannel journeys that change clinical practice.
- Omnichannel Excellence: Design and optimize integrated campaigns spanning e-detailing, webinars, email, social, and in-person engagements; apply test-and-learn to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Launch and Lifecycle Leadership: Lead pre-launch readiness for new indications and labels; execute lifecycle tactics that sustain differentiation and long-term value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead in a matrix, aligning Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, and external partners behind a shared plan; influence without authority and drive timely decisions.
- Field Enablement: Equip sales teams with sharp narratives, materials, and training; translate insights into clear calls to action and support effective coaching and execution.
- Performance and Analytics: Define KPIs and dashboards; interrogate data to diagnose performance, reallocate resources, and raise the bar on ROI.
- Budget and Governance: Own the brand budget and forecasting; ensure all activities meet ethical, legal, and compliance standards.
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust-based relationships with KOLs, societies, payers, and advocacy groups; identify partnership opportunities that shape the care environment.
- Progression and Impact: In your first 90 days, assess the market, sharpen positioning, and set priorities. In 6–12 months, deliver measurable growth and improved access. Over time, shape standards of care and establish the brand as a leading choice for eligible patients.
