Senior Manager,Patient Services Reporting and Analytics
Location: This position has the ability to be based at our Boston -Seaport, or New Haven, CT office, (60% onsite/hybrid).
This is what you will do:
The Senior Manager, Patient Services Reporting & Analytics is a hands-on technical leader who will be responsible for establishing and implementing data reporting strategy in alignment with the strategic objectives of Patient Services and US Commercial. The role works in a highly cross-functional team and ensures the successful development and execution of key reporting infrastructure, reporting initiatives, data quality, and other analytics projects. The ideal candidate is willing to dig in and help build a sustainable strategy supporting Patient Services extensive data and reporting needs. This individual has a demonstrated ability to establish modern data standards, troubleshoot and resolve data issues and support a variety of analytics needs in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You will be responsible for:
Drive completion of sustainable reporting solutions for Patient Services, such as a data warehouse
Partnering with a cross-functional teams to review, analyze, and evaluate user requirements and create reporting solutions
Partner cross functionally to ensure systems generating data, primarily our CRM, are designed to support reporting and analytic needs
Push departmental data quality to the highest possible levels.
Creating detailed documentation on procedures, protocols, and reporting deliverables
Collaborating with a variety of analytics stakeholders to ensure that reporting prototypes will meet the highest standards in metrics development
Communicating sophisticated data solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner, and develop the confidence to make sound recommendations
Contributing to other reporting and analytics projects as needed
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or another quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred
4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, SQL, etc. and dashboard tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, etc. (and willing to expand technical know-how)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent problem-solving skills
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. We would prefer for you to have:
Working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM, data governance and data mining algorithms
Experience designing or building data reporting infrastructures such data warehouses
Prior experience in the health care industry
Patient Services analytics experience
