This is what you will do:
The HPP Physician Marketing Summer Internwill supporttactical execution of Brand strategy. This person will report to the Director of HCP Marketing and work collaboratively with the rest of the Brand team, as well as XF partners. This position will support projects that drive customer engagement with the brand and support the disease and treatment lifecycle. This person will gain valuable exposure to and education on marketing and business, while being a contributing team member.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the team’s weekly tracker, ensuring progress across projects and priorities, and flagging challenges to timelines
Assisting with development of slide decks, agendas, and follow-up communications to drive monthly Field Marketing Liaison and Regional Sales Trainer calls
Supporting the creation of congress promotional materials and tactics to ensure on-time delivery of reviewed and approved assets
Collaborating with team to drive individual tactics/priorities, as needed
Completing an independent intern project throughout the duration of your internship
You will need to have:
Started university coursework in a scientific or business field
Expressed interest in pharmaceutical industry or how experience in/exposure to pharmaceutical industry will benefit your collegiate and/or career path
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in teams
Strong communication skills, Power Point proficiency, and experience with both verbal & written communication
The duties of this role are generally conducted in the Boston Seaport office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging
