What is the opportunity?

Our product is in Phase III development for blood pressure lowering inresistant / uncontrolledhypertensionand expandingacross cardiorenal diseases by the potential for a fixed-dose combination with a best-in-class medicine for treatment ofCKD andheart failure. The program is supported by an expansive clinical program, including major PhaseIIIoutcomes studies that aim todemonstrateour product providesboth blood pressure reduction and organ protection in a single treatmentoption.

Accountabilities

The Global Marketing Director, CVRM will lead the strategic development and executionofHCPstrategies programs focused onPrimary Care Physicians treatingHard to Control Hypertension.There is an opportunity to work across the franchiseto support the commercial development of the robust lifecycle spanningmultipleindicationsoverthe next 7 yearsThis role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of thecardio renallandscape,HCP andpatient needs, and innovative approaches to healthcare marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhancecustomer, improve health outcomes, and drive long-term relationships with key stakeholders globally,market affiliates,and external partners.  

Whatyou’lldo 

  • StrategyDevelop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies tailored toPrimary CareprescriberstreatingHard to Control Hypertension, ensuring alignment withfranchiseobjectives.

  • Shapeproduct strategy with a tie to disease area strategies and insights(inHTN, CKD, HF)

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners to co-create impactful patient programs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and Communications, to ensure cohesive implementation of strategies.

  • Innovation & Digital Transformation: Drive innovation in patientand HCPengagement through digital platforms, mobile applications, and telehealth solutions.

  • Performance Monitoring:Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness ofprograms and refinestrategiesas necessary.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

  • Budget Management: Overseeallocatedbudgets for patient programs, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver maximum impact.

  • This role will report to the Global Head of Marketing, CVRM

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience

  • Expertisein cardiovascular, renal,and / or metabolic disease areas

  • Expertisein Development of Patient strategy and implementation

  • Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch

  • Experience with budget/expense management, business case development and management/ communication of brand performance.Evidence of developing compelling business cases

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • An advanced degree (MBA,MScor PhD) is preferred

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $229,303 to $343,955. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
