Associate Director, US HCP Marketing, NF1 PN
Introduction to role
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of rare diseases? As the Associate Director, US HCP Marketing, you'll be a vital part of the commercial NF1 PN brand team, driving engagement strategies for healthcare professionals and patients. Your role will be pivotal in executing the brand strategy for Koselugo, a groundbreaking MEK 1/2 inhibitor approved by the FDA for treating plexiform neurofibromas associated with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). Reporting to the Head of US Marketing, NF1 PN, you'll be at the forefront of commercialization efforts for this life-changing treatment.
Accountabilities
Under guidance of Director of HCP Marketing:
Ensuring field-facing and NPP tactics are aligned with the annual brand/strategic plan
Leading development of all field-facing NPP resources, including core visual aids, rep-triggered emails, etc.
Owning creation & execution of all NPP/digital assets, including AIM/CRM emails, digital banners, SEO/SEM, website, 3PPs, etc.
Website/Digital-tactic metrics & analytics reporting
Tracking and monitoring business performance indicators of core resources and tactics
Acting as main point of contact with field sales team/RSDs on all HCP-marketing related needs
Partnering with the internal sales training team to ensure new-hire training is aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and core materials
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e., Sales, TLLs, Business Ops, IT, Omnichannel, Training, Promotional Review Committee, Compliance, etc.)
Aiding the launch of the new indication for Koselugo in the adult patient population
Communicating via written and oral presentations about marketing progress to commercial and medical leadership
Managing related marketing budgets and resources (including brand AOR)
Working with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree required in the Life Sciences, Business, or other relevant field
Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (ie. marketing, sales, agency, consultancy) and a working knowledge of marketing principles, including key principles of brand management, professional promotion, HCP education, and NPP.
Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Fluent in English (written and spoken language).
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead.
Demonstrated experience in strategically leading personal and non-personal tactical development and execution
Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate in a matrix environment
Track record that demonstrates the ability to build high performing teams and support individuals in their professional development
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead
This role requires critical thinking, an innovative approach, empathy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will come prepared to explore new business challenges with both curiosity and innovative thinking.
Experience in managing external agencies (AOR and Media) on a day-to-day basis and budget management required.
High ethical standards and personal integrity!
Travel: anticipate 30%.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Advanced degree, MS/MBA
Professional experience in both sales and marketing functions in the pharma/biotech industry
Oncology, Rare disease, or specialty care experience highly preferred
Possess strong business acumen skills, as role is responsible for managing multiple program budgets, timelines, process and procedures
