Associate Director, US HCP Marketing, gMG, Neurology
This is what you will do:
The Associate Director, US HCP Marketing, gMG, Neurology, is a member of the commercial U.S. gMG Marketing team and Neurology business unit reporting to the Sr. Director of HCP Marketing. This position will play a critical role in collaborating to drive HCP strategy and tactics, as well as launch planning, within an evolving and highly competitive market.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the creation and implementation of the US gMG HCP marketing strategy, tactics, and budget allocation for a portfolio of products
- Using data driven approach to develop KPIs and monitor performance of HCP strategy and tactics
- Leading development and execution of marketing materials, through promotional review committee approval, to support HCP personal promotion
- Partnering with commercial partners to conduct innovative market research, ad boards and analytics to help identify key drivers of business growth
- Applying industry best practices to enhance the consistency and effectiveness of HCP initiatives
- Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with cross functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e., Field Sales, Training, OneSource, Promotional Review Committee, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, Market Access etc.)
- Driving presentation content development for marketing, Neurology leadership, and Commercial Sales meetings
- Managing marketing communications via written and oral presentations to commercial and medical leadership
- Managing agency partners, project timelines and budgets.
You will need to have:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional pharmaceutical / biotech experience in competitive market landscape(s)
- US commercial experience
- Strong HCP marketing. digital and non-personal engagement experience
- Rare disease/ Specialty /high-value biologics experience
- Strong ability to learn and display scientific and business acumen
- High level of interpersonal and collaboration skills in both 1:1 and team environments
- Verbal, written, and live presentation communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Ability to travel 25%+ of time
- The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. We would prefer for you to have:
- Advanced Degree or an MBA
- Rare disease/ Specialty /high-value biologics experience
- Diverse commercial experience (i.e., field sales, operations, TLL)
- Demonstrated project management skills
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $151,082 to $226,622. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
