Are you an administrative expert with a passion for supporting senior leaders and managing office operations? Join AstraZeneca as an Administrative Coordinator and be a vital part of our innovative team! You will report to the Global Head Strategic Partnerships and Patient Operations.

You Will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and team members in the Cell Therapy Site Partnerships and Patient Operations functions.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling across time zones, preparing agendas, and capturing meeting minutes/action items
  • Arrange multi-location domestic and international travel, and handle expense reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient logistics and preparation of materials.
  • Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring completion.
  • Review and monitor office attendance compliance and travel/Carbon utilization across the function, ensuring reporting is up-to-date and aligned with internal policies; generate summary reports for leadership.
  • Contribute to creating a business support team, facilitating good cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to interact confidently with executives and employees at all levels.
  • Experience providing high quality, professional support service, working proactively and independently without daily direction.

You Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative role providing direct support to VP-level executives or higher.
  • Experience supporting high level executives within a large, corporate, matrixed environment preferred
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Coupa and SharePoint.
  • Experience in office management and vendor coordination.
  • Multitasking while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $64,000 to $96,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
