In this role, you’ll not only oversee core administrative operations, but you’ll act as a strategic partner to our leaders—empowering decision-making, enabling seamless execution of priorities, and shaping an environment where innovation thrives.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate administrative and general services ensuring excellence and continuity.
Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure cost-effective execution of administrative processes.
Build and strengthen vendor relationships, oversee contracts, and drive continuous improvement aligned with SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
Ensure compliance with safety, workplace wellbeing, and sustainability standards across office infrastructure.
Implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Act as a strategic liaison across departments like HR, Finance, and Technology to align business priorities.
Coordinate internal events, moves, logistics, and cross-functional needs with agility.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Cultivate a high-trust, service-oriented culture across AstraZeneca.
What You Bring
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading administrative services in multinational environments.
Advanced English (C1 level) and strong communication skills.
Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
Mastery of Microsoft Office, Copilot, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT, and internal social media tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and make decisions under pressure.
Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
