Workvivo Business Analyst

Role based in Barcelona — 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

The Enterprise Technology Services function provides IT Services for the entire AZ organisationThe function is truly global in scale with team members across Asia,Europeand the Americas.

TheGlobalIT Service and Experiencefunction includes the Service Experience Team: Accountable for ensuring the ‘effective delivery’ of ETS services and processes to our global customersThe team includesAskITBrand, IT Events, Communication of change, culture and adoption, training and best practice, and management of theRefreshITservice for provisioning IT equipmentAWorkvivoBusiness Analysisis responsible foraligningengagement and communication goals with platform configuration, partnering with key stakeholders in IT and Global Corporate Affairs to ensure wemaintainawell-functioning platform.  

TheWorkvivoBusiness Analystwillalsoberesponsible for:

  • Providingeffective communications on the platform, providing regular updates on new and existing functionality andservice relatedcommunications.  

  • Assessingnew functionality, summarising this back to key stakeholders for decision making purposes,

  • Ensuringnew capabilities are introduced into production with minimal disruption to our customers supported by robust change andclear and concisecommunication management plans

  • Identifyingopportunities across the platform todrivegreater engagement, more active users, and community participation 

  • Workingwith the vendor tomonitorindustrytrends on the platform, buildingappropriate benchmarksto help support internal measurement

  • Effectiveprocess adherenceto ensureWorkvivoservices are deliveredwithinKPIs,complimented withaccurateservice reportingandperformance measures

  • Effective stakeholder management to ensurebusiness requirementsorchallenges are understoodand newcapabilitiesare implementedas well as drivingcontinual service improvement.

  • Implement and foster collaboration withother serviceand innovationteamsto ensure the development/deliveryofservice enhancementsorintegrationsalignstooverallAZ ITstrategy.

  • You will be a champion of theWorkvivoproduct,maintainhigh personal utilisation,leading by exampleacross IT andandmarketing/driving adoptionacross the business

  • Own and manageWorkvivoreporting capabilities and business requests within GDPRregulations.

  • Manage access requirements and lifecycle housekeeping activities to ensure the platform is governed andremainscompliant andaccurate.

Candidate Focus & Challenge

Customer & Relationships

  • Responsiblefor supporting business exploitation and use ofWorkvivo, acting asWorkvivoChampion/Evangelist across Global IT.
  • Build close working relationshipswithIT & BusinessCommunicationLeadersandDigitalLeaders in Corporate Affairs to support their needs fromWorkvivoas the company social platform.
  • Build andmaintainrelationships with other parties for integration or business interest,e.g.Conferencing Team, Business Relationship Managers,AIdecision maker
  • Work closely with ETS Comms Lead on effective use of Workvivo for ETS and other IT communications to IT staff and/or business staff. 
  • Work closely with IT Training and Best Practice Leads to drive education and best practice initiatives supportingWorkvivousability and exploitation.

Service & Performance

  • Drive the analysis of trends/insightsfrom multiple data sources to informstakeholder reporting and futureimprovements.

  • Ensure effective housekeeping activities are run to keep content fresh andaccurateincluding reportingcapabilities 

  • Work on introducing a newPowerBIdashboard that is available for all, to help take advantage of key reporting analytics without granting elevated permissions to stakeholders

  • Help coordinateGovernance meetingswithWorkvivoand internal stakeholders,providingkey information andmanagingoutput

  • Support theeDRTtool Aware that is aligned toWorkvivo.

Candidate Knowledge, Skills &Experience

Essential

  • Strongexperiencesupportingservice/platforms

  • Data analysis and presentation skills (e.g. MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)

  • FamiliaritywithWorkvivoand latest trends for the area ofcommunications platforms

  • Strong communicationskills with the drive to evangeliseandpromote a service

  • A clear communicator, methodical, disciplined, confident & assertiveto interface with stakeholders at all levels of the business and collaborate withteams

  • Excellentsupplierrelationship skillswithknowledge and experience ofservice level management 

  • Experience inworkingacross StakeholdersincludingArchitecture,Service Operations& Service Management.

Desirablebut not essential

  • Business Administration / Information Serviceexperience

  • Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes

  • Experience ofassessing new platform functionality and executing change programmes
