Team Lead – Business Support Team

Are you ready to lead a dynamic administrative team that spans across the UK, Warsaw, and Barcelona? Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding support to stakeholders throughout the organization. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join us as a Team Lead, focusing on the development and well-being of our administrative team, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellence in service provision.

Accountabilities:

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the business support team. You will conduct regular check-ins to assess workload, provide guidance on stakeholder management, and mentor team members to address skills gaps. Establishing SMART goals and facilitating quarterly reviews will be key to supporting performance and professional growth. You will also manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with the North America Business Support Team Lead to evaluate algorithms, ensure optimal service provision, and assess team member allocation. Identifying opportunities for ongoing education and development of team members will be a priority, along with continuously seeking ways to streamline processes as we enter a new phase for the business support team.

Stakeholder support is another critical aspect of this role. You will provide administrative support to 2-3 senior stakeholders, executing tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Maintaining close relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deploying the right resources will be vital. You will rebalance administrators' workloads and priorities as needed.

Essential Skills/Experience:

· Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within an administrative or similar environment.
· Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across different geographies and cultures.
· Strategic thinker with a focus on team development and service optimization.
· Familiarity with algorithms is an advantage.
