Senior Manager, IT Business Relationship Manager, EUCAN & International Commercial

This is what you will do:

  • Partner with the Key EUCAN and International Commercial teams (Commercial Excellence,  Commercial Operation, Launch Excellence, etc) to support the commercial Systems (Veeva CRM, Vault Promo Mats, Veeva Network, Veeva Align, etc) roadmap and evolution;
  • Define the key commercial systems capabilities to implement to support the business priorities reflected in the business roadmap defined;
  • Work in close collaboration with the global COEs (CRM, Digital, Data and Analytics) to implement the capabilities defined in scope of the roadmap agreed with the commercial business;
  • Keep a pulse on omnichannel solutions, salesforce automation and online market trends while also contributing together with the Go to Market and Digital CoE team to the development of world-class multichannel and salesforce automation capabilities;
  • Work closely with the IT Commercial Analytics and Insights team to ensure the dependencies between the Analytics and the Commercial Systems related initiatives are timely addressed;
  • Ensure the compliance with GDPR requirements/IT Security policy for all the initiatives included in the Commercial Systems  roadmap scope;
  • Support the evolution/enhancement of new HCP Consent management  solutions while transitioning from a pure physical into a mixed Physical/Virtual channel HCP consent gathering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the Rollout of the International Governance Model ensuring the key business stakeholders demands is collected, reviewed, prioritized and approved according to the processes/tools defined by the EUCAN and International Governance Board;
  • Support and Lead the Commercial Application requirements analysis, design, test and deployment across the International Markets;
  • Responsible for translating business requirements to functional and technical requirements along to commercial objectives;
  • Plan and Coordinate the activities needed to ensure the Commercial Systems Readiness (CRM, Promo Mats, Reporting, etc) to support each new product/indication launched across International countries;
  • Lead the IT and Project management activities needed to implement and rollout the evolving Key Account Management framework across the different Alexion International affiliates
  • Drive change management and solutions adoption of technology solutions;

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, Veeva Vault Promo Mats 
  • 5-10 years experience working in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare technology industry with strong exposure to business operations and/or transformation deploying large scale solutions internationally in the area of Commercial operations and excellence, Digital and Multichannel solutions.
  • 5+ years progressive IT business partner, Business analyst and project management experience, with track record of delivering high risk and complex projects while meeting delivery, quality, and compliance standards
  • IT Project management experience in Life Sciences. Experience in SDLC, Agile and waterfall IT solution implementation project. Strong understanding of IT Security, GDPR, etc
  • Significant experience and success in driving innovation, process improvement, and Technology & Digital delivery for a Pharma company in the areas of Commercial Systems and product launch.
  • Understanding of corporate compliance and government regulations.

We would prefer for you to have:

  • Veeva CRM and associated modules certification;
  • SCRUM  Master Certification;
  • PMP certification;
  • Strong team player, collaborator and networker;
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally , cross geography and with all levels of an organization;
  • Proven track record of defining Technology strategies and influencing key business stakeholders;
  • Strong analytic skills. Attention to detail and ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
