Meta+ Marketing & Sales Assistant
Are you ready to make a difference in the Spanish Commercial Department of Meta+? As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting daily activities and ensuring seamless communication across departments both locally and internationally. Dive into secretarial and administrative tasks, from managing communications to organizing meetings and events. Your contribution will be vital in driving the success of our marketing and sales efforts!
Accountabilities:
• Assist the Marketing Team with marketing-digital materials and projects
• Manage the distribution and stock of marketing-digital materials with the sales team
• Monitor the digital and marketing departmental budget ensuring close follow-up of budget allocation for the therapeutic area
• Coordinate and organize events logistics with Commercial and Marketing teams support (meetings on and off site and congresses)
• Develop and maintain mailing lists, ensuring they are kept up-to-date
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
• Support Marketing and Sales Administrative procurement (manage PRF, PO, invoices process, etc.) according to policy
• Maintain strong relationships at both cross-departmental and APIS level and with all external stakeholders
• Identify new suppliers
• Manage logistics for sales meetings
• Support Sales Administrative Procurement
• Assist Sales Department
• Perform general office reception tasks
Essential Skills/Experience:
• 3 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical Company international and multi-cultural environment; Pharmaceutical or Medical companies will be a plus.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Design & art files skills
• Fluency in English (First Certificate level)
• English (First Certificate level)
