IT Application Manager RDU IT - Digital Assets Governance and Compliance

Role based in Barcelona 3 days at the office / 2 days at home

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital asset governance operations: Run day-to-day governance processesand proceduresforwebsite assets: including and not limited tocontent, data lineage, taxonomy,tagging, metrics,and lifecycle management; manage approvals, versioning, and metadata quality to ensure reuse and regional compliance.

  • Strategy enablement and execution support:Partnering with Business and IT stakeholders, translate enterprise digitalweband AI strategy into actionable delivery plans;maintainroadmaps, trackers, and documentation to support senior leaders and product owners.

  • Compliance-by-design support: Implement andmaintainreusable controls, checklists, and templates embedding regulatory, privacy, and promotional compliance (claims, content, consent, transparency, auditability) across delivery teams.

  • AI,web assetgovernance operations: Administer AI policy guardrails and review workflows for models, prompts, datasets, and vendors; coordinate risk classification, human-in-the-loop reviews,monitoringsetup, and evidence capture for audits.

  • Platform integration coordination: Support integration of AI-enhanced capabilities with CRM, MLR/PRC, DAM, analytics/BI, CDP, and field tools; manage interface catalogs, API specs, and change logs with engineering and data teams.

  • Scale delivery support: Coordinate discovery activities, pilot readiness, and controlled rollouts; prepare success metrics baselines, adoption playbooks,run quarterly reviews with business stakeholders,training materials, and change communications.

  • Vendor and partner management support:Maintainpartner scorecards, SLAs/KPIs, and compliance/security artifacts; schedule governance reviews, track remediation actions, and align delivery cadences with strategic priorities.

  • Data stewardship operations:Operateconsent and identity processes, enforce data access controls, andmonitormetadata standards and regional sovereignty requirements; manage data catalogs and approval gates for AI use.

  • Operational excellence andobservability:Maintainportfolio dashboards, budgets, and benefits realization trackers; build compliance and quality telemetry, create issue registers, and coordinate escalation and resolution.

  • Audit readiness and documentation: Curateevidencerepositories (policies, SOPs, model cards, test results, approvals), prepare audit responses, and ensure traceability from requirements to release.

  • Enablement and training: Develop how-to guides, SOPs, and onboarding for delivery teams, reviewers, and users; run office hours and feedback loops to improve safe, effective use of AI-enabled features.

Ideal Candidate May Have

  • Education and background: Bachelor’s orMaster’s in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; certifications in privacy, compliance, or AI governance are beneficial.

  • Experience:3-5years in solution delivery or program operations within regulated industries, supporting enterprise-scale digital or AI-enabled products.

  • Compliance and governance operations: Hands-on experience running promotional compliance, privacy/data protection (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and audit processes; skilled in compliance-by-design artifacts and workflows.

  • AI operations awareness: Familiarity with model/prompt lifecycle, monitoring, drift and bias checks, prompt safety, model documentation (model cards), and human oversight processes.

  • Platforms and integration knowledge: Working knowledge of CRM, MLR/PRC, DAM, analytics/BI, CDP; ability to manage API specs, interface inventories, and release notes with engineering teams.

  • Data stewardship: Practical experience with consent management, identity resolution, metadata standards, access controls, and regional data sovereignty; comfortmaintainingdata catalogs and quality SLAs.

  • Coordination and communication: Strong stakeholder management to support legal/medical/regulatory, engineering, data, and product teams; clear written communication and structured documentation skills.

  • Vendor management support: ExperiencemaintainingSLAs/KPIs, compliance/security artifacts, and remediation plans with SaaS and services partners; basicthirdpartyrisk processes.

  • Analytics and reporting: Ability to build dashboards for adoption, quality, and compliance; support experiment design, baselining, and A/B testinglogistics.

  • Process improvement and enablement: Experience creating SOPs, templates, checklists, and training;track recordof continuous improvement in delivery and governance processes.
