The Marketing & DigitalExcellenceteam forms part of Global Insight & Business Excellence, playing a critical role in defining the roadmap for future success. Ensuring thatthe requiredmarketing and launch capabilities are developed across the BBU.

Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence, your first priority will be to develop digital capabilities aligned to Ambition 2030. As Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence, you'll lead our digital ecosystem, communications, and capabilities. You'll build relationships with senior leaders and markets to strengthen our marketing framework, enhance learning content, and embed new technologies like AI across the BBU.
Your second priority will be collaborating with the marketing excellence team on broader initiatives. This involves building a global marketing community, embedding our vision for Marketing 2030, evolving strategic planning processes, and driving flagship marketing initiatives to support Ambition 2030.
Expertise Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Life Sciences
Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, market, and global roles
5+ years expertise applying strategic thought leadership, driving disciplined execution, agility and facilitating cultural change and process improvement
Confirmed experience leading high level strategic business initiatives
Experience driving digital innovation at scale, including AI, new technologies, process, and platforms
Ability to work across geographies
Effectively interact and build strong partnerships with colleagues and senior leaders from different functions
Ability to lead the development, design, and delivery of training
