About the Role
The Associate Director, Enterprise AI Learning Operations is responsible for executing and coordinating the operational delivery of enterprise AI learning initiatives across both digital learning and peer-to-peer engagement workstreams. This role provides essential operational support to enable strategic learning initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination, quality delivery, and measurable impact across all learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Digital Learning & Peer-to-Peer Operations
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless user experience across all learning initiatives
Coordinate operational delivery of both digital learning programs and peer-to-peer initiatives including AI Symposium logistics, hackathon execution, and community event management
Execute program logistics including user onboarding, progress tracking, technical support, and platform optimization for both digital and peer learning experiences
Operationalize Strategic Frameworks & Cross-Workstream Coordination
Translate strategic learning frameworks into practical implementation plans, operational workflows, and execution guidelines
Coordinate cross-workstream activities to ensure alignment and avoid duplication
Execute quality assurance processes that ensure consistent delivery standards across both digital learning and peer-to-peer engagement initiatives
Support Stakeholder Engagement & Technology Integration
Execute stakeholder engagement activities including meeting coordination, feedback collection, and relationship management across business functions Collect, document, and curate AI use cases and success stories from across the organization, creating accessible resources for both learning content and peer sharing
Coordinate technology integration projects including platform connectivity, agentification initiatives, and vendor partnership management
Monitor Performance & Execute Continuous Improvement
Track and report on operational metrics for both digital learning and peer engagement initiatives including user engagement, satisfaction scores, and behavioral change indicators
Execute data collection and analysis processes that provide insights into learning effectiveness, community health, and program optimization opportunities Coordinate operational improvements based on data insights including process optimization, technology enhancements, and user experience improvements
Key Capabilities & Experience
Experience in learning operations, program management, or educational technology implementation with demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives Proven expertise in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional project execution in large, complex organizations
Experience with learning technology platforms, community management systems, and digital engagement tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to track performance metrics and support data-driven optimization decisions
