Introduction to role:
As the Oncology National Sales Manager, you will directly supervise a national team of Oncology Key Account Partners (KAPs), holding full accountability for achieving sales outcomes and key business targets. Accountabilities:
- Lead the National Oncology Sales Team in delivering or surpassing sales forecasts and visitation objectives
- Work with Key Account Partners to set suitable and ambitious goals for each territory
- Proactively anticipate and overcome obstacles that could impact results, ensuring optimal performance
- Evaluate both individual and team outcomes regarding targets, offering training and feedback for continuous improvement
- Strengthen the skills of Key Account Partners to facilitate their career progression
- Adhere to all regulations related to interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience in hospital sales roles
- Previous experience in Oncology sales
- Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and effective written and oral communication skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Prior experience in team management
- Experience or exposure to other business areas (e.g., Sales Training, Operations, Product Management, Market Access)
