Introduction to role:

Are you ready to play a central role in driving competitive advantage and flawless execution within a commercial organization? As a BBU IBEX Partner, you will plan, direct, and be responsible for a wide range of analyses related to the current and future business of AstraZeneca. You will engage with Marketing and Sales teams to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement key initiatives. Manage high-impact projects to ensure strategic alignment, high quality, and timely deliverables.

Accountabilities

  • Proactively identify business information needs/issues, brand/market evaluation, and interpretation.

  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends.

  • Provide performance data to sales leadership.

  • Support operation of the sales force driving the right adoption of NextGen channel mix.

  • Manage strategic projects resulting in improved sales force efficiency.

  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Effectively apply AZ methodology and enforce project standards

  • Manage Business Units Leadership Team expectations.

  • Responsibilities may include market research, incentives/quotas, targeting/alignments, project management, change management, digital strategy, budget control.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field

  • Ability to manage medium-sized projects

  • Significant experience in Business Improvement

  • Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Excel, PowerBI skills

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Project management experience

  • Data visualization optimization
