Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst / Senior SFE Analyst

Introduction to the role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact on sales performance and organizational efficiency? As a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, you'll support our sales organization by managing key processes and driving data-driven decision-making. This role offers the chance to engage with stakeholders, improve processes proactively, and contribute to the success of our sales force through rigorous analysis.

Accountabilities:
• Implement and maintain administrative functions supporting the sales force, including Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), territory alignment, sales target setting, incentive calculation, and monitoring Field Force KPIs.
• Analyze sales force execution data and incentive payouts, recommending improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from sales leaders.
• Develop analyses to measure trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization.
• Coordinate the implementation of approved sales incentive programs.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new medical representatives/Area Sales Managers, ensuring a solid understanding of the SFE system, process, and tools.
• Co-lead the automation of digital tools related to incentive management and target setting, ensuring regular maintenance, data integrity, and continuous enhancement to support evolving business needs.

Essential Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in SFE, CRM, or BI Analyst
• Ability to manage small- to medium sized projects
• Analytical and attention to detail
• Excel in MS-Office (esp. MS-Excel)
