Commercial Capability Lead, Thailand
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of training and development? As a Commercial Capability Lead, you'll report to the Innovation and Business Excellence team, providing specialized training development within a functional area, such as Commercial Sales or Non-Sales. This role is pivotal for cross-country or Senior Executive Team training, and you'll lead a small team of trainers and support staff to drive excellence.
Accountabilities:
• Assist in developing the overall training and development strategy for your area of responsibility, effectively addressing the needs of internal employees, business partners, and clients.
• Help develop, communicate, and implement strategic direction for specific areas like Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access.
• Define, articulate, and implement the long-term strategic direction and core objectives of the operational training unit.
• Regularly support important initiatives in your area of expertise.
• Deliver formal training in your specialist area.
• Take ownership of certain functional areas within the Training and Development domain to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop training material and regularly review existing materials to ensure compliance and external applicability.
• Hold accountability for a section of the Training and Development function in your specific area.
• Assist in building a robust leadership pipeline to ensure continuity and sustained performance within the Training and Development function.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Educated to University degree level; Master’s degree preferred.
• Qualification in Pharmacy
• 5 years of experience in delivering and preparing formal training or within the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Proven experience in training and development with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills to effectively supervise training staff and coordinate training initiatives.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and programs that cater to diverse lifelong learning.
