Job Title: Veeva Configuration Specialist

Introduction to role

Are you ready to translate market requirements into impactful tools? As a Veeva Configuration Specialist, you will configure Veeva Suggestions, Rep Survey, and the HCP360 Rep Dashboard using cutting-edge tools like the Veeva Self Service Tool and Omni Journey Mapper (OJM). You'll also identify and raise issues or improvement opportunities to ensure seamless operations.

Accountabilities

  • Configure VEEVA Suggestions, Rep Survey, and the HCP360 Rep Dashboard in accordance with Business Requirements.
  • Translate market requirements for Veeva Suggestions, Rep Survey, and the HCP360 Rep Dashboard into relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with Solution Owners and market resources to resolve outstanding requirement questions.
  • Verify data flow from the Omni Data Activation Tool (ODAT) to the Omni Journey Mapper (OJM) tool for the HCP360 Rep Dashboard.
  • Coordinate testing activities across various channels as needed.
  • Design and develop testing and maintenance procedures and activities.
  • Implement standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality and efficient delivery, following established methodologies.
  • Identify bottlenecks/bugs and devise solutions to mitigate them.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate value propositions to customers through consulting services engagements.
  • Take ownership of issues from delivery to resolution or customer concern.
  • Absorb technical information and communicate clearly to varied audiences.
  • Ensure applications are monitored and consistently deliver high levels of availability and performance.
  • Proactively identify and report service improvements.
  • Articulate business requirements into practical solutions and analyze automation candidates.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign development using Adobe Campaign/Neolane or VEEVA
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications
  • Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Engaging and friendly personality
  • Collaborative, flexible, and a great teammate

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams completing promotions or campaigns
  • Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management
  • Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
  • Experience with marketing customer data models
