Accountabilities:

Project and Initiative Management: Organize and sequence tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule while establishing and following project processes so teams remain aligned and accountable.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and continuous improvement across projects and within the team to enhance service offerings and amplify business value.

Change Management: Support cross-functional change initiatives in ambiguous environments, considering customer context, partner needs, and desired future state; analyze change impacts and collaborator effects to guide adoption.

Problem Solving and Execution: Break down complex information into simple, actionable insights that enable clear decision-making and successful outcomes.

Customer Engagement: Actively participate in project sessions, engage with customers to understand needs, and deliver responsive, high-quality service.

Quality Assurance: Set a high bar for quality, seek feedback, and continuously refine outputs to exceed customer expectations.

Team Collaboration: Be a dependable teammate who steps up to lead when needed, building strong partnerships and shared accountability.

Clear Communication: Maintain open, professional communication with customers and teammates to develop trust and momentum.

Continuous Learning: Engage with Directors and Senior Managers in communities of practice to build skills and contribute to collective success.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Project and Initiative Management: Take charge of project deliverables by organizing tasks and keeping track of progress to ensure everything stays on schedule. Help set up and follow project processes to ensure team members stay aligned and accountable to project goals.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Adopt innovation and continuous improvement on your projects and within the team to enhance service offerings.

Change Management: Support cross-functional, change initiatives that experience some ambiguity in mobilizing while considering the customer’s environment, partner needs, and desired future state. Analyze change impacts and partner effects resulting from transformation initiatives.

Problem Solving and Execution: Break down complex ideas into simple, actionable insights that can guide customers and the team towards successful outcomes.

Customer Engagement: Actively participate in project sessions, interacting with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.

Quality Assurance: Aim to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality work and seeking feedback for improvement.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team, supporting as a key member and stepping up to lead when needed.

Clear Communication: Maintain open and professional communication channels with customers and team members to develop strong working relationships.

Continuous Learning: Engage with Directors and Sr. Managers in communities of practice to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience operating in a consulting or partner environment with a strong customer-service attitude.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods, with the ability to adapt processes for speed and clarity.
  • Exposure to change management practices, including partner analysis and impact assessment across functions.
  • Comfort working in complex, digitally evolving environments, using data and insights to guide decisions.
  • Evidence of initiative in driving continuous improvement and shaping ways of working.
  • Experience collaborating with senior partners and contributing in communities of practice.
