Accountabilities/Duties

Accountable for Zero Breach in the Public channel operations by adhering to the procedures.

The person in this key leadership role accountable End to End execution activities by the Tender and SOTC teams for the public channel in accordance with the SOP. Develop the strategy and the plans for better Governance and constantly improve the process to meet the require standards in the operational procedures.

Keep Internal committee of public channel updated in all Tender and SOTC related aspects, seek the suggestions to meet the operations excellence with self and CFTs efforts, and also suggest the changes in the SOPs as and when needed to ensure to meet the AZ  values.

Support the Business by playing key role as the co-creator of Business opportunity from Registration of products  to participation in tenders in time and manage the executin of purchase order with 0 Breach/Deviations, by setting up & following the robust process and mechanism.

Engage internal public channel sales team & External with procurement bodies evaluate the changes and support the tender process with required documentation with good understanding on Technicalities.

Should Support the internal and external audits and implement the required changes with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and uphold high Organization reputation.

Aware on the existing Procurement policies and the strategically collaborate CFT to engage the authorities for changes to the current business context.

Support the CLT in sharing the insights to enable the decision making related to public channel Business.

HIGHLIGHT THE SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES NEEDED

Project Management& Governance: Strong project management skills are essential to oversee the end-to-end process of CoEx (Tender and SOTC), Govern the process to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures by internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership: The individual should be capable of providing strong leadership, particularly in the context of change management and process improvements. They should be able to lead and influence CFT effectively.


Risk & Change management: The person in this role should possess a forward-thinking mindset to identify and mitigate risks, and Capable of catalysing change & management within the team and the public channel team initiatives to minimize deviations and breaches.

Communication & Influence Skills: Effective communication is crucial for this role,  including updating the Internal Business Committee (IBC) on all CoEx related aspects, act on the outcomes by mobilizing CFT's efforts to support the project and Business.

Strategic Thinking & Collaboration: A SPOC for the Public channel sales leaders in supporting the Strategic decision making and the proposed initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.

Business support: the person should support in ensuring all the technical evaluations of all bids submitted is clear for AZ products and the availability of AZ products in the Government accounts in collaborating with public channel sales team.

Essential for the role:

Should be a graduate or postgraduate in the management will be an advantage.

A prior experience of leading a team facing customer in public channel for at least 3 Years.

Prior experience in Project management.

Desirable for the role:

A thorough understanding of the Federal and State procurement policies

Experience of overseeing the Tender and SOTC Operations is must to have.

The understanding on Regulatory, Quality and operations framework in pharma Business is an added advantage
