In Market Access, we’re always innovating to offer better solutions: finding ways to get involved earlier, building value-based arrangements, adapting to different payer requirements and changing engagement rules.

What you will do

• Lead the cross-functional team members to shape the local access strategy, through the Real-World Evidence development programs and Innovative Value Strategies that demonstrate the value of our medicines within the national reimbursement environment
• Develop the negotiation strategy and the related reimbursement dossiers
• Deliver health economics content (local model adaptation and reports) for reimbursement submission dossiers, including cost effectiveness analyses and budget impact models
• Work cross-functionally with colleagues in pricing, medical, brand team and global Health Economics Outcome Research (HEOR) functions, to optimize appraisal outcomes
• Build internal and external relationships to enhance our patient-centric approach to market access and brand strategy development
• Ensure timely and flawless patients’ access by suggesting appropriate actions based on active monitoring of the trends on the reimbursement environment and assess their potential impact
• Assist in preparing core value documents, communication materials, publications for use with decision makers and purchasers
• Collaborate with the global pricing, market access & global Innovative Value Strategies teams to deliver innovative approaches to ensure patients will gain access to the brands of your responsibility at value-recognizing prices

Essential for the role

• Bachelor’s degree on health sciences, economics & policy or relevant fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare sector (experience in Market Access will be preferred)
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to build strong networking
• Solid understanding of payers and customers’ needs & the national and local reimbursement coverage issues
• Fluency in Greek and English

Desirable for the role

• Master’s degree in health economics, health policy, healthcare management (will be considered an asset)
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects
