Recruitment Specialist - temporary Assignment (6 months)
Typical Accountabilities
- Delivering full life cycle recruitment services and managing the hiring administration process
- Utilizing a range of attraction channels
- Knowledge of and ability to identify key candidate sources externally to build candidate pools
- Providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance; identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on a global scale
Capabilities
- Communication: able to communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. TAq, Hiring Managers & Candidates); can persuade and influence at all levels of seniority
- Digital: Familiar with a variety of applications i.e. MS Office Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, ServiceNow, Beamery etc to complete tasks efficiently and drive automation; understanding the importance of data quality
- Processes, systems and standards: Confident working in a fast paced, agile environment with conflicting priorities whilst ensuring meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Recruitment SME: Strong technical skills and subject matter expertise allow you to be a credible advisor
- Customer-Oriented: Outstanding customer service skills and a results-orientated approach to provide a worldclass experience
Education & Experience
- Experience in managing the recruitment process
- Professional Degree in Human Resources or related area
