 Typical Accountabilities:• Lead and oversee specific quality system processes within assigned site / area.• Establish and maintain process governance structures to ensure processes are properly documented, reviewed, and updated as necessary.• Analyze process and data trends, and optimize existing processes to ensure they are streamlined, efficient, and meet quality and regulatory requirements.• Provide support and advice to cross-functional teams to address needs as related to own area (e.g. risk management, compliance, inspection readiness, investigation responses).• Collaborate with other quality systems colleagues to drive joint simplification and improvement work.• Engage in audits, inspections, and response processes as applicable. • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders for assistance in defense and responses, and share observations and learnings, as applicable.• Oversee development / change and implementation of SOPs within area of responsibility.Typical People Management Responsibility (direct / indirect reports)0What is the global remit?•(how many countries will the role operate in?)Education, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEssential:• Bachelor's degree in science / engineering field such as Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality.• Experience in business process / quality system management.• Strong orientation for continuous improvement and process streamlining and optimization.• Experience applying Lean principles and executing change initiatives within a structured framework.• Experience with newer digital tools and technologies related to quality systems management. Desirable:Key Relationships to reach solutionsInternal (to AZ or team)External (to AZ)
