Marketing Coordinator
Typical Accountabilities:
- Marketing planning support: Contribute to the development of marketing plans, including channel solutions, sales activities, and promotional materials for a specific therapeutic area or brand.
- Budgeting and expense control: Support budget development and ongoing spend management.
- Brand/product performance: Track and analyze brand/product trends and competitive performance.
- Sales enablement materials: Develop materials for the sales organization to support field execution and educate representatives on both company and competitor products.
- Special studies and promotional projects: Coordinate and/or execute special research initiatives and promotional projects.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks.
- Accountability: Takes ownership of outcomes and delivers on commitments.
- Proactivity: Self-starter who anticipates needs and drives initiatives forward.
- MS Office proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desirable:
- Veeva/Salesforce: Experience working with Veeva CRM and/or Salesforce.
- Industry experience: 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
