The Data Generation Specialist will lead the technical and operational execution of evidence generation projects, from the adequate identification of data gaps and prioritization according to medical objectives, to the execution, monitoring and publication of the research projects.This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong execution skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with measurable impact.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Supporting the feasibility, planning, development, and execution of research projects, including ESRs, NIS, publications, or other relevant studies developed by the medical and CFT areas
  • Provide expert guidance on the use and optimization of project tracking platforms and data management tools
  • Develop medical writing as required to support internal and collaborative research projects and publication
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and best practices for data generation activities
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
  • Support regulatory process for ESR and NIS as required, accomplishing the local regulation
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards for clinical studies
  • Support principal investigators and medical affairs teams with technical setup, data integrity checks, and platform troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data gap analysis by area and development of the data generation plan according to the medical strategic priorities
  • Compile regular status reports, highlighting achievements, delays, and risk areas.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance tracking activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for principal investigators and medical affairs team, offering guidance and operational support from study initiation to completion.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in clinical research, RWE, or medical affairs operations.
  • Strong experience with project management systems and data tracking tools.
  • Epidemiological intermediate to advance knowledge
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and recommend actions.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
